Tiny pies: totally worth making!

I stumbled across these on the blog Our Best Bites a month or so ago and I finally got around to making some this weekend. I made mine pumpkin, in honor of the upcoming frolic-day, but I will soon make some fun fruit versions so I can cute 'em up with some miniature lattice work.

I don't even particularly like pie, but the chance to eat out of a jar was too good to pass up. And let's just be honest, anything in adorable tiny jars is much more desirable than "real-life" sizes.
